Hanshika's slim tips

Hanshika fondly called as  'little kushboo' was fat and chubby when she entered the cine field. But now she is so slim by following the diet tips. In the morning she haves a glass of milk and apple. She works out for two hours daily. Next to the exercise is protein milk shake. She also says one should not be fond of food if they want to get slim. She sleeps at 7'O clock at night to maintain her health.
